WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I accept return for all defective merchandise. All merchandise is inspected before shipping, however you may feel you have received a defective item. Please contact me to make arrangements for returning the item. Upon receipt of the item, I will refund your payment, if the item is received in unused condition. I will not issue a refund on any merchandise that you refuse to return.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
I ship within two business days of receiving a cleared payment. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidayd, or hazard weather days.

DO YOU DO COMBINED SHIPPING?
Always. For items that have actual shipping charges, I will have to refund the over paid amount once your item is shipped. If you pay by credit card, I will issue a refund back to your credit card.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
I can only accept credit card payments through paypal, or google check out. I do not have a way to take your information over the phone. This is not safe for you to do, so I have not added this option.

I do not share any of your information with anyone.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I can accept major credit card payments if they are made through paypal, or google check out. I also accept money orders and cashier checks. You may call me to make arrangements for making money order payments and payments made with cashier checks. Your item will ship within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. I will need to know ahead of time what you will be purchasing, so I can make sure I keep this item in stock for you.

DO YOU INSURE MY PACKAGE?
Only if you pay for insurance. I do not ship with tracking info, because I found it is an extra cost and it delays my packages arriving at their destination. Doll clothing is shipped to reach its destination in 2 to 3 business days. However, packages can take up to 7 business days.

HOW DO I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
There is a button located by the google check out button labeled alternate payment. You click on that button and complete each page that pops up and it will take you to the paypal check out.

HOW DO I PAY IF I AM WANTING TO SEND A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
Please email me and let me know you are wanting to pay with a check, or money order. I will email you an order blank that you can fill out and mail to me with your payment.
