Terms of ServiceShipping: Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days for the purpose of shipping time frames. If I have your email address, I will notify you when your item has shipped.
Refunds are given for defective merchandise only. Be sure you want the item before purchasing it. All items are inspected before they are shipped to avoid any damaged merchandise from being shipped. However, contact me if you believe your merchandise to be defective and make arrangements for the return of the item. Refunds will be given upon receipt of your item when it is determined that the item was shipped with a a defect. If it is determined that the item was damaged by use, a refund will not be granted. All items must be returned in 7 days and be in the same condition it was received. No refunds will be granted on any item that you refused to return.
