I accept return for all defective merchandise. All merchandise is inspected before shipping, however you may feel you have received a defective item. Please contact me to make arrangements for returning the item. Upon receipt of the item, I will refund your payment, if the item is received in unused condition. I will not issue a refund on any merchandise that you refuse to return.
I ship within two business days of receiving a cleared payment. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidayd, or hazard weather days.
Always. For items that have actual shipping charges, I will have to refund the over paid amount once your item is shipped. If you pay by credit card, I will issue a refund back to your credit card.
I can only process credit card payments through paypal. I do not have a way to process your credit card payment over the phone. This is not a safe option for you to use, so I have not added this as an option.

It depends on the source of the purchase. Authentic American Girl Products are shipped in the packaging it arrived in. Items purchased from a retail source will be shipped in the packaging it was purchased in. Clothing purchased from my wholesale distributor and handcrafted clothing will be shipped in clear packaging for my store. Yes. At the present time, I am only accepting money orders issued by the United States Postal Service. Please contact me before placing an order, if you need to pay by money order.
